  After serving as a teacher, guidance counselor, school administrator and coach for more than 30 years, Mr. Greco made the natural transition to helping families as their trusted attorney. He is admitted and has been a licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut since 1990. Bob is also a member of the Elder Law, Trusts and Estates, Real Estate and Education Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.  Mr. Greco serves on the Board of Directors for the Nassau Lawyers Association and the Carle Place Educational Foundation.

Jayson Wolfe - Elder Law Attorney Nassau County

Jayson A. Wolfe’s primary areas of practice are Elder law, Trusts and Estates and Estate Administration. He has a unique ability to explain the benefits and drawbacks of having such documents as a Last Will and Testament, Revocable or Irrevocable Trusts, Healthcare directives, and the importance of appropriate ownership of real property. To his clients Jayson emphasizes the importance of protecting assets and ensures that documents are drawn up to reflect their wishes.

Jayson A. Wolfe is a graduate of Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Before attending law school Jayson spent seven years working as a professional social worker. He currently handles legal matters for the members of the United Federation of Teachers (UFT) and New York State Union of Teachers (NYSUT). Jayson is the immediate past president of the Nassau Lawyers' Association of Long Island, Inc having served from 2008-2010 as the first two term president in the history of this organization. Mr. Wolfe is currently the executive director of Nassau Lawyers' Association of Long Island, Inc having been installed in May, 2011. Daniel A. Jimenez is “OF COUNSEL” to Greco & Wolfe, PLLC. He handles a wide range of complex matters affecting the senior and disabled communities. He focuses his practice in the areas of guardianship, estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.

Mr. Jimenez graduated Cum Laude from the Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2007.  While in law school Mr. Jimenez was the student director of the Legal Education Access Program and he was also a teaching assistant. In 2005 he was selected as a Fellow by the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Jimenez was a licensed property and casualty insurance agent and underwriter working for a Fortune 500 insurance provider.  Mr. Jimenez received his B.A. in Communication from Monmouth University in 1999.
